Accessibility Statement
Connect-it-all is being prepared for accessible use across its public pages, authenticated dashboard and customer-facing document flows. This statement describes the verified scope and does not claim conformance for a surface that has not yet been tested.
Current status: partially tested. Automated semantic checks cover the public home, privacy, terms and accessibility pages. A qualified tester must still complete real-browser keyboard, screen-reader, zoom/reflow, contrast, form-error and dashboard journey testing before a formal conformance claim is published.
Measures already in place
- Semantic page landmarks, headings and labelled controls.
- Automated axe-core regression checks on public legal pages.
- Keyboard-operable native controls for compliance interactions.
- Reduced-motion support in animated public experiences.
- A fail-closed evidence register for unresolved test categories.
Known limitations and test scope
Automated checks cannot verify colour contrast, visual focus, layout at high zoom, assistive-technology announcements or the usability of an end-to-end task. Those categories remain open until a representative production-like environment has been manually tested with current browsers and assistive technologies.
Third-party content and documents may have separate limitations. The organization publishing that content remains responsible for supplying accessible alternatives and correcting reported barriers.
Feedback and enforcement
The final statement must provide a monitored accessibility contact, expected response time, statement date, testing method and competent Belgian enforcement route. Those factual details are pending organizational approval and may not be invented in this draft.
Privacy-related requests remain available through the signed-in privacy centre. Do not include passwords, PINs or access tokens in feedback.
